Consumer Credit Protection Act \(of\) 1968
Закон о защите получателей потребительского кредита (США): федеральный закон 1968 г., устанавливающий правила раскрытия информации кредиторами в сфере потребительского кредита (процентные ставки и др. условия кредита) и защищающий права потребителей-заемщиков; исполнение возложено на ФРС; включает в себя законодательные положения, известные как "Truth in Lending Act" (см.).
